Polar White Pro Teeth Whitening Strips - Review

So for the last week I have been using the Polar white pro Teeth whitening strips. I was lucky enough to  receive these ages ago as blogger mail but I only got around to using them in the past week. Terrible I know but hey better late than never right?

How to use 

So you get 14 strips in this box one for the top teeth and one for the  bottom and you use them over 7 consecutive days. They go on so easily and have a mild peppermint taste. There is gel on the strip so that's the side you place on to your teeth. I found them so easy to use and not a bit uncomfortable. You leave them on for 30 minutes and then just peel them off when finished. You then just brush your teeth as the gel is left on your teeth. You are left with fresh clean whiter looking teeth after the first day. You can see in pictures below the ingredients of this product and it comes with full directions on the back of the box too. I have done my day 1, day 3 and day 7 results :) 

So if you follow my snap chat (Tresbelle4) You would have seen a daily account of how I was getting on with the strips. On day 4 I had to take a wee break due to a lot of sensitivity in my gums and teeth. I was a little concerned about this initially but then I done some research and found out that teeth sensitivity is actually quite common when using teeth whitening products. I was quite relieved and continued to use the product  on day 5. I also noticed how I had a tiny bit of discoloration on my front tooth, I have  a cap on my left front tooth so I guess that's why it wasn't getting whitened. I just took a day break in between so I didn't over do it on my teeth. Overall I was very happy with the  results. The strips are so easy to use. They don't have a bad taste at all and I would definitely buy them in the future.
